If you're looking to treat yourself and those whom you love to an incredible evening in every way possible, this is the place.The atmosphere is clean, refreshingly cozy, and sophisticated at the same time. It's bustling with energy yet calm enough so you can hold a meaningful conversation with your party. The ambiance is beautiful with light colors throughout yet dim enough to bring an intimate feel.Service is impeccable. The entire staff is expertly trained (I used to be in the food service industry in high-end catering, so I know). They're friendly, well versed on the menu and pairings, discrete in their approach, and attentive without being overbearing. It's a perfect symphony of service....

Probably the best fine dining in Sarasota; without a doubt, the best non-chain fine dining in the area.I had an aged strip and it was one of the best steaks I've had- with a blue cheese crust. Tender for a strip and cooked to liking (medium plus). Just fantastic.I thought the jalapeno mac and cheese would have been tastier but to be honest, I'm not so sure I even paid attention to it as the steak had my full attention.Everyone else at the table raved about their food (scallops, short rib and wagyu steak).Will be back. Soon.

Nice place good service bur the quality of food was not worth the price. I ordered oysters Rockefeller, ribeye steak and fries. The steak was thin and shocking for a steakhouse had to add salt because it had no flavor, the fries were fine and the oysters were average too. Thank goodness for good company because the restaurant was disappointing.

Realize we are the minority opinion on this but we did not enjoy Summer House. $400 meal that was mediocre (we ordered steaks, bisque, drinks, dessert the whole nice birthday dinner). It is over hyped and you can get a better steak other local establishments. Sorry to say we won't be back.

10/10 experience. Visiting from Boston, MA so happy we found Summer House. The food was absolutely to die for… one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. The service was great as well. Absolutely will be dining again when we visit Siesta Key A must try!Food: 5/5
