Singapore Hawker - Reservar mesa

Not the most fancy and posh of restaurants, with no waiters, but the service is pleasant and friendly, and the food is fantastic! The hainanese chicken is more tender and flavourful than some more well known restaurants specializing in this chicken dish. I am told they have one chef dedicated to just making the chicken and he has lots of time no wonder it is so good! The laksa is so creamy and rich, the curry veggies and Sambal beans are crunchy and fresh, with plenty of flavour. I will definitely recommend this place.

Ordered lean beef brisket (C3), was brought to our table in less than 4minutes. Not made to order. Meat was dry and not appetizing. Had 2 pc’s of potato inside and swimming in veggie oil and curry sauce. Tasted preMade sitting in a large bucket , scooped, and warmed up. Would give this meal item 0-stars if possible. Food was more like a Malaysian restaurant than a Singapore hawker center. They need more variety for that! Beef curry and laksa was ok. Peanut sauce was bland and skewers were not meaty enough. I would come back to try other dishes though Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
