Super delicious food! I went here with my boyfriend and we both got two skillets. The plates for the skillet are adorable and everything was well seasoned. The portion size is kind of small compared to other establishments— but still delicious. The ambiance is super comfortable and cozy! As for service, it did take a bit for the server to take our order but she was also super friendly and occasionally stopped by to ask how is the food.

I went in today for breakfast and I have to say it was amazing from the time I walked in the young man at the counter greeted me with a smile and was so friendly and the server was great as well. I had the country fried steak and it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had. It completely made my day. Thanks so much skillet house. I’m sorry I can’t remember your names. But you know who you are. Thank you again for an outstanding experience

This restaurant is a true gem in Oak Lawn. Everything on the menu is delicious, and the prices are fantastic considering the generous portions. However, be prepared for limited parking close to the entrance; on busy days, you might need to park a block or two away.

I always have a fantastic experience when I dine there. The service is consistently excellent, and the food is served hot, as usual. I have to say, it's also delicious! Among all the breakfast spots in Chicago, The Skillet is truly my favorite. Reserve uma mesa agora

Fair prices, fast friendly staff, multiple staff members kept checking if we needed anything. My aunt goes there every few months and recognizes a waitress that has been there for over 14 years which tells you how they treat staff.

The food is excellent! I tried the Gypsy Skillet for the first time during my visit and also enjoyed the Veggie Hash Browns on a return trip. The prices are quite reasonable, and the staff is really friendly.
