visited the pub today there were 6 of us and had the best meal of our whole holiday. not one thing I could owe. the lever and swaying were to die and would highly recommend. the sandwiches were beautifully presented by salat and crawling around and the spaghetti my brother had was finished in no time. they were excellent value for money. the personal is beautiful and the next time we are on this wise, I will definitely call again for a meal or two. thanks for feeling welcome.

the best frying dinner I ever had in a pub.....amazing bratkartoffeln, the filling of the best the kies the best .the whole Sunday dinner was fabulous! so the cost is worth it! friendly owners! the back has been updated.now such a nice room, still the heating thing outside, such a big pub also in direction autumn! love the skinners in machynlleth .es is my way!

I couldn't beat this pub. the guinness is as good as all reviews say! the natives were very friendly and helpful. we had a great time there. pool table and beautiful beer garden. recommend to book the roast before the time as it sells quickly. the renter was so welcoming and friendly and has really been looking for hungry couples who had not planned before.

Don't expect too much choice. And don't expect starters etc. But what you will get is solid, home cooked food (and decent beer! And a welcome! We ordered faggots and chips and liver and onions. The faggots were flavoursome and the chips HAND COOKED! whilst the liver wasn't over cooked and succulent and the gravy it was in tasty! Reserve uma mesa agora

Proper pub unlike the rest of the drinking establishments in Machynlleth have eaten in there in the past good wholesome food , unfortunately the chef was ill during our visit so no food available , Steve the landlord pleasant friendly guy , not one to be missed if ever your staying local , many thanks Steve Kim

Called in for lunch on our way to Prestatyn from Cardigan because it was about halfway. The spaghetti bolognaise was beautiful as were the tuna sandwich and the soup but the chips were to die for. Very friendly welcome and lovely setting. We would highly recommend a visit to this place you won’t be disappointed

We had a great evening there on 13 nov 21. Local gent particularly friendly, giving up his seat for our party. Great craft beers, bar staff couldn't have been more helpful. I managed to leave my rucksack, no drama, called in following day to collect. Great place and staff

beautiful furnishings! we are not from all over the city and were greeted like natives! the renter even tried his best to speak our language (French). if it wasn't for our 100km cycle the next day we would have stayed longer. best pub in town! Reserve uma mesa agora

Top pub, warm, welcoming, good beer, and great home cooked food at pub prices. Nothing fancy, just an experience cook delivering excellent food. Pound for pound its hard to see how this is beaten
