simply the best traditional, family-run fishing and chip shop in the city. as skippers is so popular, it can be a lot to do to meal times. so there is occasionally some time to wait for their order. either via justeat, via the phone or via the counter. the friendly and pleasant staff is there to take their order.

Best fish chips in Harpenden! Food is amazing quality, especially their chicken burgers they are my favourite. The service is fantastic, they always put a smile on my face and they create a plesant atmosphere for themselves and their customers. Thank you

I'm here three times now when I work in the opposite and now I will definitely recommend. eating everything is absolutely boiled to perfection, every time I have been. best chippy in the opposite and will actually go to eat here.

I ordered food, but it never arrived. I tried calling the restaurant around 20 times, but they didn't answer or hung up on me. Terrible service. Avoid using this restaurant.
