Skylight Donuts Drive-thru

First, I want to say that I really enjoy the food coffee a lot. I've come here since 2014, never had a problem, but I'm writing this review because of the service I did on Sunday 12. March 2023. I came home with my daughter at 9:00. We were the only ones. I ordered a small coffee, a bagel with cream cheese, he got a breakfast sandwich 2 donuts our daughter got a bagel. The lady was so rude, she crumbled her eyes on me when I tried to complete my order, then said, "You will order everything that is roasted". This is for the base 57 location. She clearly had no idea how to run a smooth operation that went further back before I could finish the order! I'm not a fan of Tim Hortons, but it's righ...

I love this place for the product! Great coffee, great food!! I just wish the staff was friendly. Out of the 40+ times I've been there, I've met maybe 2 friendly staff. It sucks feeling like you're annoying the staff when ordering cause it's such a hidden little gem. We say the same every time we leave.. too bad the staff is so grouchy. Oh well, the coffee is worth the 2 minute grouchy interaction so still 4 stars for me.

I just visited mid day for a decaf coffee and a bagel. They were out of decaf but made a fresh pot for me which was delicious and the bagel was so fresh! Very happy and will be back.

3:35 o'clock. June I went here and the young women with red hair were extremely rude, which gave a crazy amount of posture. I really wasn't happy about it.

The staff is very nice and they usually remember your order. Fast and efficient!!
