The slab has been a long time favorite of my wife and I. We love so many of the flavors and appreciate the vast variety offered here (more than any other pizza place we?ve been to! . A while back we did a ?pizza bracket? and visited all the most popular pizza places in Utah county. We rated the pizzas based on many qualities and ordered different pizzas visiting restaurants several times. The slab won the bracket (which is based only on the pizza ! I can?t give it 5 stars though, the service here is pretty poor and unprofessional, and they are a bit slow to deliver the pizza to your table. Apart from the ceiling leaking water all over the restaurant, both in the dining room and the kitchen, which has got to be a health and safety risk, it took them the best part of 45 minutes to get 1/4 of a Thai chicken pizza. When it finally did arrive, there was no peanut sauce on it as described on the menu on the wall, when I asked the guy where it was, he said they hadn?t done it for 3 years?so our Thai chicken pizza was just, well, chicken. SLAB was great when it first opened, but it has seriously deteriorated.
Great pizza for a great price. Never ending flavors to pick from; I could eat here for a month straight and not get sick of it because of the variety they have to choose from. You can't go wrong with your choice. The salads are surprisingly good too, I tried the Thai Cucumber salad and loved it! Will always be the go-to, quick bite when I get a craving for pizza.
