Slaughter’s Bbq Oasis

On the way to hot springs we drove for lunch in this beautiful BBQ truck. Small joint that packs a large wallop. The bride was moist and tasteful. The Ribs oh my the Ribs. The Jalapeno plum was fantastic and the smoked double cheeseburger with the pickled onions was excellent. The service was quick and friendly. If you ever should be in blackened sources for lunch You're going some.

Had to travel to the Ford dealer in Sulphur Springs and be at noon. I'm so glad we stumbled on Slaughters BBQ. Wow! Written in TX Monthly, so we checked it. Bands are amazing! Tried all 3 sauces- original, sweet tangie and spicy. Delicious! Crawfish Cornbread and beans were a meal in themselves. Ready with a delicious banana pudding. Friendly staff and good food!

We tried a 3 meat plate (Chopped Brisket, sausage pulled pork) plus ribs with Jalapeño Slaw and coal beans. Yummy! Ribs were our favorite! Everything was very delicious. We will be back to try the pane breeze (discovered at 11:30)

Drive from Dallas and they did not disappoint! Brisket, sausage, and turkey were perfection! Jalapeño slaw and charro beans were a great accompaniment to the BBQ! Come early because this deliciousness will run out!

The best grill in Texas. You have different specials that you can keep on their Facebook page, so be sure to follow them there. We have never been dissatisfied with food, and customer service is fantastic.
