Slaymaker Nichols Gastro House

Slaymaker is one of the best and most pleasant stays I was. I am now through Europe, USA, and many Canada and Slaymaker was in my Top 3. Service was amazing, answering all the questions, promptly with the help, relaxed near an open/closing time, and went over their parameters to make you feel comfortable. Food was amazing, everything was very fresh, hot, and a variety of options for everyone. The cocktails were also really good and beers were ice cold. Location offers a perfect walk around Charlottetown, distance from the airport, and to visit other small shops. Courtice was also ingenious to help with recommendations to other places. I just came back from PEI and had one of the best culinary experiences of my life here. I was last case, but sat only at the bar and had a little nibble... this time we ordered the crab cakes that die for... and while we were ready to order, the server shared the special of the night that was supposed to be PEI halibut with smoked potatoes and roasted vegetables. The halibut came with a salsa and chimmichuri. This court almost brought me to tears. I couldn't believe the taste! Unbelievable. This is a must when you visit PEI! Walkability: Near all Charlottetown hotels. 5 minutes walk from Holman Grand

Had a wonderful experience here! We had their eggs from day and breakfast burgers. Both were absolutely incredible, 10/10. People were great and the food was even better. Would recommend this place again and again. Her sister restaurant also tried the Blue Mussel Cafe and again 10/10! Service: 5 Location: 5.
