Ordered through a takeaway app. Delivery was status on its way from 7:45 when it hadn’t arrived at 8:45 called to be told it will be sent out in 15 minutes. When it hadn’t arrived by 9:30 we called to have the first man say we’re busy it will be sent out in half an hour and slam the phone down when I protested that 10pm is too late to eat. Called back to query a refund and the most arrogant and rude man shouted saying we are busy if you don’t like it call the takeaway app to get a refund save yourself a not particularly good food and shocking service Chicken was tough and tasteless donner tough and stale chips ok but who can’t fry oven chips hardly any salad and just Chucked in a box so not...

best pizza place in stafford. fantastic value for money and eating always comes to an amazing standard and piping hot. had for the first time tonight a problem of a huge amount of appendages, which was just a case of basic sauce the wrong way around the pizzas. the youngs here were super friendly and sorted the problem completely and super fast. customer service at the point as much as eating. can not recommend enough to each individual wise.

we order from discs often, and eating is always good. tonight we ordered our lunch and waited for our taxi. our taxi was too late, which meant that we were coming too late to home in the time for delivery. the young one has ringed me and waited for 6 minutes to show up. he was super polite and very understanding. eating was also hot, which was very good. recommended!

Ordered off their website. Taken payment. After contacting foodhub they have processed my payment to be returned within 5 working days and offered me £3 added to my wallet as an apology. Rejected the offer. If the restaurant is closed for 2 weeks then take online orders offline

Ordered 3 pizzas and ice cream for delivery. One of the pizzas was wrong, as was the ice cream. Phoned the shop who said they would send the correct pizza out. They not only charged me for the replacement pizza but its now over an hour later and still no pizza
