Absolutely glad I stopped from smashburger as it was forever and a day since I am here! I went with the classic double-mash, but a single Patty. Also the tasty pommes that has rosemary and garlic! Wow! Such a delicious combination! The spices are not excessively powerful and the frits had such a nice and light crunch, so good! The burger meat itself is very high quality, but a little on the thin side, so I would have the double! I know that for the next time. Otherwise everything was good - especially the service when Chelsea was so nice and friendly. She also encouraged me to fill out the survey, so I could get my frits for free!! Your workers are incredibly rude. Very poor customer service and manager needs better resolution skills. I came with my girlfriend who was willing to spend near $50 and couldn't even get my order out for her arrogant, interrupting staff. Theresa the manager did little to compensate and had a picture of a scan code instead of giving me company number, and also fought to give me their own name. Will never go to a burger after this experience.
