My girlfriend and I discovered this restaurant today and decided to give it a try. As someone from Georgia, I have a deep appreciation for barbecue and Southern cuisine. I ordered the brisket sandwich meal along with collard greens and fried okra. Now I'm kicking myself for not finding this place sooner because it was fantastic! The gentleman who took our order, who may have been the owner, was very informative about the menu and engaged with us without rushing us to make our choices. He was excellent. I just came from Smoke N The City! I paid $18 for a small portion of greens and six wings, and the serving size was surprisingly tiny. I'm really disappointed. I enjoy supporting small businesses, especially Black-owned ones, but it's frustrating when they don't seem to prioritize customer satisfaction unless there's money on the line. I'm not going to go into details, but I won't be returning. It's surprising that they're still in business since this isn't my first bad experience there. By the way, the wings were cold! Come on, SITC, you can do better!

In any case, I have neither received the correct amount of food nor a refund for what I didn't get. This isn't an isolated incident, but it marks the first time that the issue has exceeded what I consider acceptable, indicating potential deeper problems. If they can overlook a missing $10-15 without a second thought, it makes this restaurant a feasible option. If not, I would recommend considering other choices as well. The colleague service isn’t great either.

I was really disappointed with the ribs. For $11.66, I only got three bones with barely any meat on them, and it seems like they just microwaved my order.

They are extremely friendly and serve the best wings in the city! I highly recommend them to anyone searching for delicious wings.
