i?ve been going to the smoothie king by dairy queen on route 9 for the last almost 6 years, daily. i was so excited when this smoothie king opened up near walmart on route 9. it?s heartbreaking to say that this business, in both locations, has went entirely downhill within the past year to year and a half. the girls who work at the location by walmart are stuck up and very rude, and give lots of attitude to customers. on top of that, the smoothies are never made right anymore and aren?t even close to the same quality. i?ve received wrong smoothies every time. it make me so sad since smoothie king has been a place i?ve been going with friends and family for years now. i will no longer be goin...
I am a big fan of Smoothie King, but there are some concerns with this location. I go through the drive thru regularly and there's a particular employee that does not wear gloves and holds my drink at the top of the cup around the rim. This is completely against the rules of the hospitality industry, especially in the current climate of health safety. The rest of the staff is great and holds the cups at the bottom, not to mention very polite and friendly, so this isn't a reflection on the whole crew. I don't want to stop visiting this location, but I am also concerned about what other health standards that aren't met, since there's no apparent accountability held for this basic safety standa...
I use the drive-through almost every time I come here, and my recent experiences are what prompted this review. Over the last couple of weeks, I?ve come across some of the most upbeat, pleasant employees there; people who actually put me in a better mood! The smoothies are great, but the exceptional customer service really makes me look forward to coming back!
