Smoothie King - Reservar uma mesa

Service is horrible, I ordered on the mobile app and pulled in the drive thru with only one car in it and was told that my order just came through and for me to pull back in the drive thru in 15 minutes. Instead of going ahead and making my order like every other location if they not busy. When I came in and asked for a refund, all of a sudden she already made it. Which one is it? I asked while in the drive thru if they can go ahead and make it but she stopped listening after she finished talking. When I came in no one ever addressed me or spoke too busy with only a few customers. I’ll just go to the Grand Prairie location where I get way better service.

One of the worst smoothie kings in the metroplex hands down! The only thing good about this smoothie king is Nikiya (not sure how to spell her name) the shift leader, she’s amazing and knows how to make sure the customers are satisfied. Shr has great customer service and she makes food smoothies.I honestly hate that this the closet one to me. They are unorganized, managed poorly, and a waist of money every single time! A lot of time was waisted here

There was a long piece of black hair on the inside of my cup. I didn’t notice until the drink was low enough to expose it. I called the store 12 times the number that is on the website does not work. It wont even ring.

I love Smoothie King, so I visit them all over the Dallas. This site is super clean, fast and efficient, and well staffed with friendly folks.
