Smoothie King - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered a smoothie bowl via the app and was told when I got I the store ,I was told I would have to call corporate for a refund. When I asked for the phone number, I was told to look in the app. The app told me to contact the store directly (I was in the store when I asked the question) and was told “I don’t know” with no other offer for assistance. . You really should not leave a store attended by one person who isn’t fully informed on proper store procedures. Now, how am I to be refunded for the bowl I paid for but never received?

I love this place. BUT customer service needs work. Who ever the girl was there this morning. She was stressed out calling people for idk what? Blaming who ever left. In stead of telling her clients what’s going on and she’s doing her best to work on it. She just stood on her phone no eye contact. 4 people waiting in sure they were just as annoyed as I was. I wasn’t going to sot there and yell or give her attitude. I just walked out.

My first time coming into Smoothie King, and it was amazing. Anthony was so patient with me, and recommended one of his favorites drink. Very clean atmosphere, and gets things done quick!Would love to come again! Would recommend and i hope to see him again.

Best go to for protein shakes! Loving the selection and customization to change it up. Elvia and Hannah are amazing! Makes my day everytime!!!
