Smoothie King - Reservar uma mesa

I have frequent this location for YEARS. Always had great customer service. I always take into consideration when I notice staff being trained. Well seems like a gentleman was kinda new. He had no gloves on, the mixture in the blender was very thick, the staff told him to add something to the mixture, he did, still the mixture came out thick. Now remember I said he had no gloves on....well he shook the smoothie into the cup, used the handle to push the mix down into the cup...TWICE. And grabbed the cup with his fingers inside the rim. When called I stated that was not mine and I would like another...Brittany who was way on the register comes across and says what's the problem..I explain..she...

bad customer service. very disrespectful. the workers turned off the lights while I made my job because they wanted to go early, which was strange because it was only 8:50. then went away with a posture when I made my purchase to clean further. that is very unprofessional.

It’s 8:41am on Thursday and there’s no one working? Also no sign posted if temporarily closed.. and I just found two employee’s sitting in their car scrolling through social media on the phone…

Very odorous like a dirty mop and the countertops matched the odor. Their was hair on the counters. Looked very filthy!Didn’t even order just had to leave.

Love this place, go there several times while visiting MD. Favorite is strawberry slim and trim.
