My experience today, February 5, 2022 at smoothie King. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy my 32 oz. vegan pineapple spinach smoothie. The young man who was preparing it, coughed over it and WITHOUT a mask on. Now normally I don’t care about people wearing mask, I don’t care what anybody wears or don’t wear except for when you cough over my smoothie and/or if you are preparing food. I do have some health and safety concerns about that. Needless to say, the smoothie went straight in the trash right in the store after I paid for it. However, I noticed he was struggling with the consistency, as it seemed too thick. He kept adding more liquid repeatedly. When he finally finished, there was quite a bit left in the blender, and I worried my smoothie might be watered down since it looked quite light. I didn't have time to wait around since I needed to get back to work. When I finally tasted it, it was essentially diluted almond milk with water—almost tasteless. I understand that mistakes happen, but I believe a bit more care and training in preparation would make a big difference.

This place is straightforward: you choose your smoothie ingredients, they whip it up for you, you pay (a bit too much), and then you move on with your day. I can't say the staff were particularly friendly or engaged during my visit. The smoothie tasted okay, and that was about it. I could probably make the same smoothie at home using a Magic Bullet and just two dollars' worth of ingredients. However, it would likely require a 15-mile extension cord and leave my seats a bit messy. So, I’ll give it five stars for the convenience. Reserve uma mesa agora

This restaurant is conveniently located near my gym, and I like to stop by for a treat after my workouts from time to time. They offer a wide variety of options and sizes to choose from, and the interior is generally clean. Service is usually quick as well. I'm still exploring their extensive menu! They also have an app that makes ordering faster and allows you to earn rewards!

Ordered peanut butter smoothie, they changed the peanut butter and wish they would have said it. Doesn't even taste or look like peanut butter. I will never go back and wish people that handled fresh ingredients would wear a mask!
