Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We always aim to support local small businesses, but this establishment really needs to improve. We arrived at 10:30 on a Saturday morning (it opens at 10) to find the place empty. The waitstaff was friendly, so we decided to stay. However, we were informed that they were out of bagels, even though several dishes were supposed to be served on them. We settled on shakshuka, but were then told they didn't have that either. Eventually, we settled for coffee, but were served what appeared to be instant coffee instead of the flat white and black coffee we ordered. The food at this restaurant was incredible and the service was top-notch. Our favorites were the Katsu Burger and the onion rings, which were the best we've ever had. The chef even came out to answer any questions we had about the menu before we ordered, which was a nice touch. It's clear that everyone here is passionate about their work, as the owner even came to our table at the end of the meal to introduce himself and explain where the local produce was sourced. In summary, amazing food, fantastic atmosphere, and wonderful people. We will definitely be returning.

I stumbled upon this restaurant a few months ago and have returned multiple times for a variety of reasons. The food is fantastic and the portions are generous. The staff and Chef Arran are fantastic, offering great conversation and always willing to accommodate any requests. The prices are reasonable and everything is fresh. Devine food, well made cocktails all met with welcoming smiles and excellent customer service! Owner has good banter too, even complimented my tattoos! Top bloke running a top business. Can't wait to return.
