Sonic Drive-in - Reservar uma mesa

More like zero stars...the girl taking orders over the speaker was rude and made us wait for 5 minutes before answering us, she got my drink wrong after we repeated it 8 times. Check your order before leaving here because they got ours all wrong. When I went inside to have it fixed they all seem to have attitudes. Your employees/ managers need to take customer service lessons. I should have brought the food back in because my burger was not even warm. Worst sonic ever!

We were in vacation and driving home when we discovered a Sonic with indoor seating. We never saw this before. Immediately when we entered we saw that the place was very dirty. Wait staff did not welcome us nor were they friendly. It was October and they still had their fake wilting Christmas tree up in the lobby. Owners of this restaurant need to do a deep clean and provide motivational training for their staff.

It took them about 20 minutes to respond to me and it wasn't very busy, when I got up to them I asked for a Oreo chocolate master shake and they said they didn't have that and only the Oreo blast even though it was on the menu. So I ordered an MNM blast and it took them another 10 minutes to make it and then they forgot to give me a spoon.

I enjoy eating at sound because the people who work there are nice and do their job well. the food tasted very good and the dame helped me, that was very nice and also patient with me. Food: 5/5

shakes were good, but unfortunately the service wasn't so great. not a person smiled. it seems that everyone was part of the journey and that it was shortened. food: 4/5
