Sonic Drive In - Reservar uma mesa

Came in on 9/8 and they forgot to give me my onion rings. Came in today and asked to see if I can get my onion rings or add the credit $3.50 to my current order I’m about to pay. The cashier told me that were out of onion rings. So I asked can you take $3.50 off my bill I’m about to pay. Manager said NO! Lol My family and I always spend money here. So it’s crazy how they couldn’t take care of us. Yeah it’s only $3.50, its expensive out here nowadays. But on top of that, they were trying to give me someone else’s order just now too! Lol

It's fast food. No different then other fast food. However I had good customer service. Friendly employees and the desserts are good. Had a wait a While for the food they were busy so u guess it is expected didn't wait to long.We got there about 7pm. Didn't he a problem finding a parking spot we ate I side. Restaurant and restrooms were clean.Parking: Ample amount of parking spots

I went through the drive-through this time, because there was no parking spaces with service.The speaker does not work well, and they could not hear my order correctly. I kept trying to say “sir,” “excuse me” and there was just silence, so I had to drive up to the window. But at the window they made everything correct and had polite customer service.

I genuinely don’t understand how I can count there being 6 employees from the drive through window and it takes 20 mins to get two sodas. I was the only one in the drive through and 2 people were in the drive up/parking area.Every time I come here, it’s 10-20 min wait for a drink.

three separate times i've come here, severely understaffed and employees don't mind standing around talking while my order is 10 minutes late
