I returned to the restaurant a few days later, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed. We placed our order online, and when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told it would be a 10-minute wait for our ice cream to freeze. While waiting, I decided to use the bathroom. To my dismay, I found a large dead roach on the floor near the kitchen entrance and noticed that the ventilation was covered in flour dust. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor of grease and the kitchen. When our ice cream finally arrived, they left my soft serve on the counter while waiting for the other order, causing it to melt. I can understand that locals are busy, but this is probably one of the worst sonic of all time. I just decided to go here because it was on the way to home and they had 1$ hot dogs on Thursday. I place a mobile order at 9:42. I thought it was a lot early enough, even if they closed at ten and everything I ordered were two hot dogs and a ****. 10 o'clock rolls around and it says the car hit comes with me eating. No one comes to knock on the door and I ask where my order is, and after I told them my name, they say they believe they had given it to someone! in this time there is 10:15 and I am very annoyed and she decides to give me two of these little chips and says she will make mine a big an...

wentto the transiting order. saw there for 4-5 minutes. Nobody took our order. So we moved up to the window. saw there for at least 7 to 8 minutes. the type finally opens the window and asks if we had ordered something that I suspected the car had ordered behind us. we did not tell him that we have not yet given our order. by now, four cars came after us. each of them seemed to be able to place their order. the type closes the window on us and starts to take the people behind us. obviously the worst experience I ever had on a Sonic drive! I went to this restaurant for an ice cream cone and found that the ice cream was gritty. I have never experienced this issue with ice cream from any other Sonic location. I believe they may need to maintain their machine. Despite this, the staff were friendly.
