I live near this restaurant and order from here often. The service is usually slow, but tonight was the worst experience. I placed an order through the mobile app, paid, drove to the restaurant, and checked in. However, after waiting 40 minutes, I never received my food or drinks. Despite the restaurant being busy, there were 5 or 6 employees working and no food left the building for a 30-minute period. I live right off the highway, so I often order from this restaurant. The service is always painfully slow, but tonight was the worst experience. I pre-ordered through the mobile app, paid, and checked in when I arrived. However, after waiting 40 minutes, I never received my food or drink. Despite being busy, there were 5 or 6 employees, some of whom left the building for a 30-minute break. After 25 minutes, a hired person started turning away customers because they were understaffed. Where do I begin, 1st of all this visit my total wait time was 45 minutes and my order was 2 small shakes one flavor each, that completed my order! After about 25 minutes we hit the red button for service takes about 5 minutes for a response. Mind you that there was 5 cars already parked. So when I started seeing 5 new cars come and go over this period of time, they finally answered red button being pushed. They apologized and said it would be right out,NOT! We seen the one girl who was the server go around asking if we ordered 2 different times and never our 2 small shakes. So we just left. The hot dogs were absolutely DISGUSTING. I added pictures with flash and without. They were a dark brown color and had a horrible taste I had to spit out the first bite. I bought my dog a corn dog and that one didn't look bad but I didn't end up giving it to her out of disgust. Looks like they left the weenies out in the sun and overnight and cooked them or got them out of the trash by the looks and taste of them. Do better please because at this point the Circle K hot dogs are more fresh.

I waited for about 30 minutes for a chili cheese hotdog, sprinkles, and two drinks. My hotdog looked discolored and tasted awful. It has been months and this restaurant still hasn't taken responsibility for serving bad food. It shouldn't take 45 minutes for fried cookie dough bites, especially when I only ordered them for takeout. This whole situation is just terrible. I don't know if it's poor management or what, but this place really needs to improve.
