Sonic Drive-in - Reservar uma mesa

The worst experience ever. I threw away more food, that's not pictured when we ate. Forty-five dollars. At first I order two 5pc chicken strips that we called to be refunded because they are not allowed to fall fresh. When I found out my kids food wasn't right, both my girls were hot dogs burned, but she was hungry they ate it. My strawberry shake I paid xtra to add bananas. As you can see the banana in the picture. Our drink kitchen lemonade, got no cherry in the cup or a lime. I should have just taken everything back. Definitely my last time for Sonic.

I went to Sonic last night just to get some ice that I pulled up to the auto-intercom, and I waited 10 minutes and pressed the button twice no answer. I just finished life, I totally understood that the staff has gone back, but at least acknowledge that I am here and take my order because everything I needed was ice. You always have slow service and a handful of children laugh and play inside. Get it together Sonic.

Since the new staff took over, this place has greatly improved. They are attentive to the needs of the customers and they genuinely care about providing a great dining experience. The gentleman with the Mario hat (I apologize for not remembering his name) always has a smile to share and a creative spirit. My only suggestion would be to change the oil for fried foods more frequently.

It was truly an unexpected experience at Sound Drive restaurant. I was hoping for better hospitality, but unfortunately we were rudely dismissed. I was dining with my friend, and even though the food was not delicious, we decided to leave with our purchase instead of returning it. I wish the experience had been better and that we had received better treatment.

I ordered a footlong chili cheese Coney at the drive-thru. After paying and waiting for a few minutes, they returned and informed me they were out of chili. Why would they be out? Rating: 1 out of 5 for food.
