More then half their order stalls don't work, there's a consistent problem with their Sonic Blast machine being broken and their staff are never friendly. Oh and their wait times are as bad as the other reviews say. You'll likely get your food cold, after others who showed up after you did, or not at all (most likely).If you want Sonic badly enough, make the trip to the Monte Vista one. Working equipment, food is good, place looks cared for and maintained, and the staff are far better.And given all the other negative reviews, I bet I'll get some copy-paste reply from whatever management supposedly runs this gross Sonic.Don't support this Sonic. Please put more cream in the drinks! You can barely tell its in there which defeats the point! Making drinks really is an art. When the Hispanic gentleman works, the drinks are perfect but the rest don't know how to add flavors. Please work on this. You're our only choice here! Thank you! The window servers are always very pleasant and friendly though!

Order taker and server were decent. Order was for cheeseburger and fries. Fries were way over cooked. and cheeseburger lacked Lettuce and tomato. I don't know how many ways over the years they have managed to botch my orders, I kept giving them second chances, but I think I am done with this place. Will not return!

I seriously sat at the drive through speaker for 30 mins and watched all the employees messing around in the kitchen and they never took my order there was 6 cars behind me. I wasted my whole lunch break waiting for them to take my order. There was no cars in front of me. This place needs an inspection! Reserve uma mesa agora

This place is needing a lot of repairs. As with most places anymore, due to shortage of finding anyone willing to work, service is very slow. The food is still pretty good though.

Worse experience ever ordered a number 5 tortilla was cold as ice had one piece of chicken and nothing but lettuce, never again. They need some one who knows how to cook.
