Ordered online for pickup. It said to park in a stall push the red button, tell them my name and they 'd bring the food. I parked as instructed (only 3 other cars when i got there), pushed the button and it timed it after 10 minutes. Pushed the button againfor 10 more minutes of waiting. They delivered the food to the car next to mine and walked right past me, never asking if ineeded anything, was waiting, had been saved, etc. Got tired of waiting and went through the drive thru. Was told to park in astall, push the button and wait. I told them I 'd already done that and waited 20 minutes and she told me the same thing. We were so excited to have options close by, but we were so disappointed. We waited 15 minutes in the drive through, and the line never moved. We moved to the parking spot, then waited OVER AN HOUR for a blast and a sundae. We had to call back and findout what was going on. The girl that brought it was really apologetic. I?m not sure if they were short staffed or if they arehaving system issues, but hopefully they get it fixed soon.
I will be so happy when they finally finish the sonic on 80 so I can stop coming to this one. All I ordered was one pretzel and I sat waiting for 5 minutes til she came on said one sec and I waited almost 25 minutes before giving up, never got a response. 8 cars lined up behind me and every single one drove off too. The food is good if you can get to it.
Waited for well over 20 minutes in the drive-in stall, then decided to go through the drive thru. Finally ordered, only to wait another 20 or so minutes for the food. Had two separate employees ask if we had actually ordered. Our order was one hotdog, a float, and a shake. The whole experience was not normal for a Sonic.
