Sonic Drive-in - Reservar uma mesa

I have never written a review in my life but I feel like I have no choice in this case. This is the Sonic that is most conveniently located to me. The past SEVEN times I have tried ordering from this location… no one answers the speakers. Whether it is the drive-thru or drive-in speaker, I am not answered. Tonight was the last straw when I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes, asking for service over and over after giving up. I pulled up to the window and see two girls hanging out beside it.

they kept telling me they didn’t have my order. that i ordered it somewhere else. i had the receipt on my phone that had the address they matched my name was on the stall screen. they just kept being so rude then they said they were behind that’s why they can’t see my order but there’s no one here ??

This is the absolute worst Sonic in Texas. Poorly managed and incredibly rude. I will be going somewhere else moving forward. Last time I bother with this nightmare.

Unfortunate, was my go to. Messed up the food that was ordered from app. Forgot a drink; substituted another poorly. Food was smashed in bag like they leaned on it.
