Sonic Drive-in - Reservar mesa

I ordered through the app, and my food was supposed to be ready by 6 PM. Unfortunately, I didn't receive it until 6:15 PM. I wouldn't have minded the wait if the food had been fresh, but everything was cold. I ordered a coney dog, and the hot dog looked dark and rubbery, as if it had been sitting on the roller for too long. The tater tots were also cold. When I informed them about the issue, they offered to remake my food, but it turned out they simply reheated it. I asked for a fresh meal instead of reheated food, but the manager, a woman with brown hair named Sabrina, was rude, and I didn't feel comfortable trusting her with my food. My two friends from bingo and I recently visited our local Sonic, and we were quite unhappy with the service we received. We requested to place three separate orders, and the employee responded by yelling at us! She insisted that she couldn't handle multiple orders and told us to place the third one at a different stall. When we agreed to that, she yelled again, saying she wasn’t going to walk to two different stalls. Frustrated with her attitude, we decided to leave. As we drove past the drive-thru, she opened the window and just stared at us as we left! This level of service is completely unacceptable!

My dad stopped by this restaurant on his way home from work and ordered a large lemonade, large Coke, large sweet tea, and a small Dr. Pepper. Instead of the lemonade, he received water. I attempted to call the White Oak location, but no one answered. This is not an effective way to operate a business. Since I'm fairly certain this is a corporate-owned store, I will be contacting corporate in the morning since I can’t reach this location. Service rating: 1.

I don't understand why it's such a hassle to request the food I paid for. I've been waiting for nearly 20 minutes now, and I placed an $80 order less than half an hour ago; it only took them about 15 minutes to prepare everything originally. It’s frustrating to see workers who seem to dislike their jobs and take it out on customers. If they're unhappy, they should consider finding a new job instead of ruining someone else's day. I have to say that they have never messed up an order, and we visit frequently, but tonight's experience was a bit disappointing. The medium blast we ordered could have easily been a small since the cup was only half full. My mini blast was lacking as well, which was especially disappointing considering that the mini is still close to $4.

Never gave me a recept after asking 3 x's. No ranch for the cheese sticks, which was requested. No French fries, but gave an extra tator tots, but only half of a container. No Ketchup. Everything was off. The fries and popcorn chicken were supposed to be large, but they were more like snack-sized portions!
