Sonic Drive-in - Reservar uma mesa

If I give Couod this place 0 stars I wouldn't even appreciate it 1 star because we went tonight and they kept us 49 minutes waiting our food they weren't even someone there except 2 other cars and all we order was 2 chicken loops. The frits were cold and the rolls were burned and the chicken was not even cooked, it was still pink and raw and you could tear it up and the employee who gave us our food basically threw food on my face. Never again come much not recommended.

I have come to this sound for years and their services are recently AWFUL. I make an order a head of time and I check-in on the app I wait at least ten minutes for just one burger! Every time I come here, it's always a person who serves and when I order drinks, it would make it sick, they don't clean the nozzles on their soda machines or something. This is completely unacceptable and I will not visit this place until they get their mess together!

Keeping to get a leak for the family took a bit longer than I would like, but great screams for DeShun and Wakisha that stopped what they did to get our orders when you were using some spoons so we could be on the way. I know they were busy and moved around, but I definitely wanted to thank them for taking time. Well appreciated!

During a family trip we stopped at this Sonic and order a breakfast meal. It took 45 minutes to even start our order and then they still didn't get it right. We tried to give them 2 other chances on separate occasions with their milkshakes, and both times they were mad. Will never go back to this.

Lately they been taking forever to take my order I push the button an nothing 4 different occasions I have had to move 3 or 2 spots an still wait to place an order. An then after that it takes a long time I never get not one apology. I will go to another Sonics bc this one is ridiculous.
