My fiancé and I had a really great time at this hotel. We stayed in a beautiful suite that was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need a hotel room to have. I got a massage at the spa, and I was so comfortable and relaxed. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the indoor pool. Breakfast was very good. The bartender was extremely friendly. The front desk staff were very helpful with booking tickets and calling the taxi service for us, and they held onto our bags for several hours before our check in time and after we had checked out so we could do some things in town without needing to get a locker. Just finished a week of skiing in Zermatt with SKICAN. We stayed 7 nights at Hotel Sonne and the place was great. Excellent meals, beautiful rooms and great staff made you feel welcome the moment you arrived. It is located a short walk off the Bahnhofstrasse in a nice quiet area of Zermatt. Their complementary shuttles get to the lifts train easily in the morning. Highly recommended place for your visit to Zermatt.

I as there June 6-7. Everything looked great, breakfast excellent. I want to thank Marzia, Nataliem Luana e Paola for their patience in answering my never ending questions as I was with a family of 5 with age ranging from 14 to 82 years old. Frühstück umd Abendessen waren hervorragend! Das Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend und kompetent. Zimmer perfekt ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Zimmer-Balkon ein wenig karg, aber die Aussicht macht das wieder wett. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen auch wieder! :
