My office caters Sonny's BBQ 12-14 times a year for large group trainings. Sherman is the best! His customer service is top notch. He delivers the food and sets it up per our directions. He is sure to bring all the condiments and extra items we may need in addition to the delicious food. Sherman also offers suggestions to help make our lunch service flow more smoothly. We serve Sonny's twice during the same week of training and it is always a favorite of our participants. The quantity and quality of food is incredible and the cost doesn't break our budget. Today was a great day in Sonny’s barbecue establishment. Our server was Dantavious his customer service was impeccable. Got our drink orders and food orders in a timely fashion. Soon as the table started to engage in a conversation our food was out. Everything was delicious. My family and I will definitely come back. Great job Dantavious very kind young gentlemen thank you for making our Sunday evening great.

As soon as we walked in, it was hot. We were told the A/C broke and the GM forgot to call it in so no one would fix it until Monday and they had been working like that since Thursday on Sunday evening! Our food was good and our service was excellent. Restaurants wonder why they can't keep good help and honestly this is a big reason.

Nothing makes them appear on the list of locations for an online order, don’t bother to call either because these people don’t want your business. They have the phone going straight to VM without even any indication you’re call a Sonny’s. Why do they have to make it so hard?? I hope they enjoy the same fate as Red Lobster. The food is always great but last Friday the food was terrible,they forgot stuff from my order and the damn cornbread was hard as a Rock
