Der Aarauer Hof liegt dierkt am Bahnhof Aarau. Ich war immer dann dort wenn das AarauWest ausgebucht war. Wenn man aufs Zimmer kommt und die schwere Tür hinter einem ins Schloss fällt kommt man sich irgendwie weggeschlossen vor. Bei den Enzelzimmern kommt einem der Gedanke, dass ein Hundekäfig per Gesetzt mehr Quadratmeter haben muss. Wenn ich Nachts nicht schlafen kann vertreibe ich mir die Zeit damit die Wagons der Vorbeifahrenden Züge an den Vibrationen und Geräuschen zu zählen. Für Bahnfans also ideal. Die Zimmer sind sauber. I choose this hotel to stay after a concert in Aarau. The only good point is the location just 2minutes walk from the station. Except that not a lot to mention just stay 6h in order to sleep. It's self check which is quiet simple. Room have the minimum comfort (one cushion and one duvet). No minibar or water, no coffee or tea machine. Only recommend for one night if you don't care about comfort and don't stay in the room too long
