Soulmans -b-que Red Oak

I cried as I ate their Texas brisket. I saw the face of God when I ate their smoked chicken. I decided to name my first born child after the pit master after I had the pulled pork...and they even had the audacity to give out free soft served ice cream...now I just have to figure out how I am going to afford to eat their breakfast, lunch and dinner from now till I die.

The person who cut the brisket gave us 1lb. However, we ordered 2.5 lbs!! We discovered this as we were driving away. I went back in, and the person cutting the meat immediately said, I owe you another lb. . He knew he shorted us (1.5 lbs). He was very smug about the situation. He got caught cheating us! He also told me he was the mgr!! Never again will I visit there.

The staff here all seem to enjoy what they do. If you do what you love you will never work a day in your life. I could be wrong, but I don't think so. So go get some banna pudding and a smile.

First time there and think I found me a new favorite place,, only complaint I guess would be the fries I'm not to big on home style fries,,, but I still give it a 5

The food is pretty good here and the employees are nice. If you want an opinion on certain dishes the employees will give you an honest review.
