Southerleigh Fine Food Brewery

I took a buddy of mine there for Sunday lunch. Wanting to try their famous fried chicken. We could only order the chicken and waffles. It was too early. Asked for biscuits, they arrived cold and hard. The waffles were dry and cold. The only good thing from the meal was the cheddar jalapeño grits. Mark this one off the list. Too many kids employed there. Hospitality was a 3 out of 10. Definitely disappointed.

This was our first time in Southerleigh’s food. We're from Seattle. That was a great place. We were not disappointed. Aimelia waited for us and was very pleasant and helpful to answer our questions on the menu. The atmosphere/building was excellent. Fried Chicken was for dying, very tasteful and moist. Pork schnitzel was a little hard, but was a good choice. The Pearl District is a must-see place.

Mary, our waitress, was phenomenal!! She was so attentive and kind. We were celebrating our 22nd anniversary and she brought us champagne and sent us home with a dessert. Way above anything I could have imagined. So kind! We have been a few times and the good is always amazing! The redfish grilled was delicious! Highly Recommend to anyone.
