Southern Taste Diner

This is a great small place that has wonderful southern charm. The breakfast menu is extensive as well as the lunch menu. Everything was perfectly prepared and delivered hot. My balls were like I ordered them. I was a little disappointed that there was only one piece of toast for my two eggs, but it wasn't a big deal. The domestic frits were perfectly cooked. I have been thinking about giving this place a one-star rating, because if people find out how good this place is, they will never be able to maintain with the amount of business they will have. The service was excellent. You also have a full bar. We'll be back.

Amazing!!! Among the best Southfood I ever had in a restaurant. The aromas of everything were incredible. The fried steak melted like butter in your mouth, the agitator was a fluffy joy, and the seasoned potatoes went perfectly with it all. The shrimp and grits were so savory and the fried eggs were perfectly cooked!!! Didn't expect such a big glass of sweet tea that was also good. Next time I want to try more things because everything would sound so good, but it will be hard to beat what has already tried. There are a variety of options both savory and sweet (also some healthy options).

This restaurant is in a good location and food and service is very good. Hubby gets his fullness of liver and onions he claims excellent. The Lima beans are cooked as I would cook them. Real potatoes. The chicken roasted steak and Gravy is good. Was not a fan of burgers and pommes. All we've ever had is in the square. If you want to cook land, you should stop.

This place has great food and very reasonable prices. The only reason its not a five stars. Is the service could improve some. I realize the staffing issues, as well as other issues restaurants currently face. That being said they need a better wait system. I shouldn't have to stand awkwardly for 10 mins without anyone acknowledging my presence

The ladies here are wonderful!! Absolutely loved eating here. Food is amazing. Freshly cooked. I can't wait to go back. The only thing that shocked me was the tip in the check. It was good when you asked me. It was great.
