I've been getting my meal preps from here for a few months and I'm really a satisfied customer. Your food is delicious and affordable. During my third trimester of pregnancy it became much for me to cook and hunt a toddler and these meals saved me time and sanity!!! Now I have my newborn and I don't have to worry about the order because I order my meals weekly. Customer service is great and they write me as soon as my meals are ready. Will continue to order meals from them. I also have for her Cajun Salmon Wrap, which is absolutely delicious. Your protein French toast breakfast is also amazing. Keep the great work!!!

Amazing meals! It is always timely delivery and always warm. You also have meals preps that help me because I work all day - it is very affordable and lately it seems as if there are only bad foods around this area of the mountain vernon-so souzafit is a blessing for me- I highly recommend

I don’t live in NY currently and whenever I visit I always know where to come eat and still stay on track with my diet. I always get my post workout smoothie and their burgers. I highly suggest them whenever you’re traveling around that area. They never disappoint!

The portion size of the Salmon plate is much too small for the price. At $22, the plate is quite lacking in quantity. With added fees and tip, the total came up to $33.

Meal plans are great. You have large parts and everything at all prices is very fair.
