Went to the location in Park City and it was the dirtiest and the food was disgusting. I love Spangles and actually used to work at the location on West Street in Wichita and loved it. So this actually makes me sad and super disappointed to write this badreview. The stuff on the receipt was from the lady who took our order. She was pretty much completely running the front byherself. There were other people just walking around going from the kitchen to the little office room in the front and weresocializing rather than working. Also, I was charged the same even though I requested no bread. The mushroom sauce was congealedand look warm. There was pineapple in the banana shake as well. Honestly...
Friends and I went to Park City Casino and when done we decided to go to Spangles and grab a bite. Even though it was 15 minutes until closing they greeted us and didn?t make us feel guilty for coming in so late. Was served by a very nice gentleman, Ibelieve his name was Jefferson. He took wonderful care of us and warned us they were mopping and to watch our step. The personmopping came over and told us this too. (I didn?t get his name) Jefferson brought us our food and as he was leaving for thenight told us goodbye and to enjoy our evening, as did the person who had mopped. It seems since after Covid I have not had thisgood of service from a fast food chain. And by the way our burger,fries...
Literally in the parking lot now reviewing. The food came out hot, fast, and correct which you hope everytime when you eat out (as we know isn't always the case). On top of that however, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The person whotook my order sounded like a male who referred to me well and nicely and the woman who gave my food was incredibly nice, smiled,and asked if I wanted any sauce or anything else. I'm not saying she had to smile or they had to go out of their way to beperceived as friendly.. but they did and that means a lot (at least to me). I hate to name out people but I think we get sostuck in the negative, it's nice to point out wonderful experiences!
New here give it a try while we're on the road trip The place is cool and it gives a 50's vibes Food is good . Just the drive thru was not great we had to leave the lane and get inside took long to place order. It was not busy when we got in , I don't know what's going on in the drive thru. As for the location, I prefer the Derby, KS store on Rock Road. The staff there are friendly and welcoming. Meal experience: Dine-in for breakfast Price range per person: $1–10 Food rating: 5/5 Service rating: 5/5 Atmosphere rating: 3/5 I highly recommend this place for vegetarians, as they have a dedicated vegetarian menu or section. There is plenty of free parking available.
Overall a good experience. I have been to Spangles several times and it has always been good. The burgers are amazing and the fries are usually good. They go all out on decorating the restaurant. There are more pictures on the wall than I've seen on anyother walls of restaurants. They do keep it fairly clean. The bathrooms are a bit dirty sometimes. Good food, atmosphere andplace.
