Sparky's Roadside Bbq

Brisket hash, corn nuggets with that great ranch dipping sauce, cornbread, fried pickles and boneless chicken thighs. Everything was amazing!! Best barbecue around! Homey feel in the restaurant with smiling and friendly staff. Well worth the drive from Fort Lauderdale! Can't wait to go back!!

On my trip to Miami, I ate at Sparky's twice. I had both the dry rub ribs and smoked wings. Both were AMAZING! They had a great selection of craft beer too. The staff was attentive and friendly. I'd go back again.

Sparkys is a fantastic restaurant located in the heart of downtown Miami. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is laid-back.

Bbq was great. The owner even went above and beyond to bring my keys to the AA arena, when I left them on the table. Great dudes!
