423 p.m. on January 20th at Speedway in ham lake. Take the purchase to the counter. set the stuff on the counter. The girl looks at me without saying a word. She scans my products. I insert my debit card. She takes a sip of her beverage. After I remove the card I'm waiting to see if she's going to tell me to have a good day or ask me if I want my receipt or if I want a bag. Nothing. I grabbed my items and left. There was another guy in the store walking around who is very friendly but didn't have a uniform on. I hope he was working there or something because at least there's a friendly face there but the one wearing the uniform even when I saw her in the store and said hi she said nothing. I...

This location has the worst customer service I've experienced from any S,A. I'm going forward with a lawsuit of discrimination. The cashier is rude and very disrespectful. She discriminated against me because of the color of my skin and played the Karen roll because I questioned her about why she slammed my ID on the counter. She was very helpful to the lady before me but was rude when I approached the counter. When I asked her, she just went crazy called the police to play victim. This station has gone way down hill over the last two years. Pumps out of service, card readers out of service, expired food on the shelves, employees with bad attitudes (this is very rarely their fault; it is the result of do-nothing management). Used to be the best station in town. Seems they're taking lessons from the BP across the street. Oh, and don't bother with the automated reply. I already know you aren't going to do anything about it.

For saying you 're open 24 hours but have the doors locked is annoying. The gal working locked my friend inside because she was alone I 'll just be going to the holiday down the way from now on instead of wasting my time here.

Health Hazard Warning! This place has horrible mold issue in its coolers. Upon asking the manager about it she simply responded she knew about it. Plus the cashier had some hygiene issues himself.
