Dined with friends at the NEW restaurant in the Hotel Spitzhorn. As you enter the hotel lobby you feel you are in a cozier mini version of the AlpinaSimilar stone and wood decor but a much more intimate atmosphere. Past the entry is a charming bar and lounge with an inviting fireplace.Everything feels clean and crisp and extremely well designed.The wool clad menu in the restaurant presented a traditional Swiss menu. They were out of the white Aigle we ordered but the manager found 2 half bottles and charged the same. The waiter brought a tasty amuse-bouche which was salmon and cream.The nussli salad was enjoyed by the gathering as was the salmon starters. The entrees was slow in arriving due...
I found this restaurant tonight , I had been there before , but now it is completly new and rebuilt .It was a perfect new experience in this valley !The dood sevice and ambience were perfect and I cant wait to revisit .Marcel the owner was friendly and the staff were well trained and proficient .A perfect new dineing experience here .Close to gstaad .If the standards remain the same as now it is as good as you can get for a friendly experience in a newly built property in the region , highly recomend any visitor or local .
this is the most beautiful hotel of our trip to switzerland it is run by a couple who is more than happy to serve the guests personally infdact the onwer even dropped us to the station in her car,it has nice rooms overlooking the mountains well decorated reception area and the restaurent but the menu is limited specially for vegetarians should have more food options.nice little indoor pool and spa had a great time
We had a wonderful meal on the terrace of this hotel just outside of the center of Saanen. The prices were a fraction of those found at restaurants of comparable quality in the area, and the service and atmosphere was just perfect. Our food was freshly prepared with local ingredients by a chef with skill and imagination. The wine list offered local choices of great quality and value. Reserve uma mesa agora
Visited this (hotel) restaurant twice. Food is good, service a bit slow but correct. Sadly the Manager is truly rude and lacks common politeness. Abnoxious, barks back at questions and treats guests condescendingly. We thought it was a one time accident but twice ... We will never go back again!
