Spring Creek Barbeque

Buyer beware: I paid for one pound baby back ribs through Door Dash. I received 1/2 pound baby back ribs and that’s 3 slices ribs!!! I called the restaurant to ask why I only received 3 ribs?! I was told that 3 slices of ribs is a pound. Thankfully, I have a scale and weighed the ribs and ribs were 1/2 pound. The manager told me to bring the 3 ribs to the restaurant and I guess so she can verify the weigh of the ribs herself. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that 3 ribs is 1/2 pound. I drove 15 minutes to the restaurant with the 1/2 pound ribs. The manager said the ribs were indeed 1/2 pound. I will not order from here ever again.

First time I ever ordered to go from here. The pepper sausage for me is to die for. I ordered a half a pound. I also ordered a pound of brisket as well. I asked for the LEANEST brisket again I said several times to make sure I was heard correctly THE LEANEST!! When I opened the foil of brisket i had trouble finding the meat as it was 90% fat. I never order the brisket when eating there, it’s always turkey and sausage. This really put a sour taste in my mouth after spending 17.50 plus tax. Personally I feel as though I should be reimbursed for the meat I meat fat. Sorry for the bad review.

they were out of maize, so they said they would bring it to our table and give us a number. we hadn't got the pages we paid, so we went up and saw tons of maize. the manager has avoided us and has not apologized. I've had a bad service in the spring. with so much competition they must offer youngs a better service and be nice to customers to avoid them

what an amazing experience of moment when we went to the employees was so attentive. ryan went beyond and beyond in his customer service. he even offered to wear the tablet of my older mother. what a great place is jump creek. some of the best bbq and some of the biggest contributors in the field katy and houston. we'll be back.

wow this place was super tasty we love this restaurant the meat was so tender, the staff were friendly and the man was friendly too, katy ,tx
