Springwood Thai Kitchen

This place was recommended to me, and I was really looking forward to it, but was disappointed. I am vegetarian, so perhaps the meat dishes are much better. We tried sweet sour veg (it was OK), tofu tod (the sweet chilli made this dish, otherwise would have been bland), the veg spring rolls (this was nice, but small serving), chicken wings (which was apparently nice, the meat wasn't tender, but it was tasty, even my very picky son loved it), roti (which wasn't nice at all, I was expecting it to be fluffy and it wasn't, it was dense and on the bland side, and unfortunately the curry dip wasn't nice enough to make up for it), and steamed rice (which was purple, never had it, but apparently aft...

Had takeaway from here tonight. Granted was a busy night for them. Im no food critic but I've had thai food from a number of restaurants in the past and i have to say this was the worst I've had so far. Had musaman curry and found it bitter, beef wasn't tender, too much cinnamon and sauce was watery. My wife had a fish dish and it was overcooked and rubbery. Entree was crab rice net rolls which were tasty but tiny and overpriced. To top it off for some reason the rice was full of blue food colouring which didn't look appetising at all. Wouldn't recommend for takeaway. Gave 5 stars for atmosphere as i can't comment there.

We have been getting takeaway from here for the last few years and it has always been fantastic. Last night we ate him for the very first time and they have renovated the place and it looks quite nice. Service was fantastic, the food was just as good as it always isand I really think it’s the best Thai restaurant in Springwood Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

This is my favourite Thai restaurant. I always have a pleasant experience here. The atmosphere is peaceful, the service is so kind you feel very taken care of, the food is always great!
