Sprouts Cafe - Reservar uma mesa

Good Brunch Square in South Lake Tahoe. We thought it was brunch, ordered Veggie Burrito, hot chocolate, hot apple wine and an egg melt on a roasted bagel. The food was good except Burrito, it could have been better. The place has a cool atmosphere, outdoor seats are preferred even though they have interior seats available. You have a good number of gluten-free and vegetarian items on the menu. The staff is really nice and friendly, service was fast, I would come back.

So 30 minutes are waiting for our sandwich. They told us how long the food would last, and we had the time so we waited. Had a delicious fruit pop as an appetizer. Split the tuna sandwich and it was delicious! Friendly staff. Everything was clean, including the toilets. Blueberry muffin that we ate the next morning was also good. Very recommended.

This was a really nice little Cafe. Did a little bit of research to find a place to eat within walking distance of Hotel Azure and it had really great reviews already, plus I saw pictures of the turkey melt so had to try it. That's what I had and it was so delicious.. loved it. Great service, very clean and great staff. I'll definitely be back.

I wish we found out about this restaurant earlier on our vacation!! My family got the latte and mocha, both delicious the tuna melt, tuna burrito, and tuna works!! Fresh veggies and so much healthy food! I highly recommend you to check it out! Only thing, there is a little wait on the food so be ready.

My family and I love this restaurant. I love how conscientious it is about healthy food. Everything can be made vegan and you can have a beer or champagne! We drank Mimosas and ate the most delicious food! We come here every year on our spring trip!
