"Drive thru service... Had a Fuji salad. The meat was limited and the apple was extra dry. But it should be. I prefer the real ones. I'm sure there were some ingredients missing. That Fuji was a little too sweet. I also had broccoli cheddar soup and half sandwich with sweet tea."

the update came to brunch on Saturday, and it was rough. drinking was not done until we asked them why they were not finished. a lady who made an online order waited for an hour for her drinks. also the size of our drink wrong. hadn't done it again, we would have waited again. croutons on the Greek salad were stale, and it took forever to get the rest of our food. also placed an online order for a bagelpack, and after 30 minutes, we asked her why it was not done yet, was just said that they were out of bagels and we need to wait 40 minutes. they had to ask them to quit instead. they could be organized more. they are not underoccupied, there were many employees, but some were just standing ar...

Cane on Sunday afternoon was not busy at all, but it was still said that it would wait at least 30 minutes. We accepted this disgusting, but when we tried to order, we said that they didn't sell what we wanted to order - a salad that was everywhere on the signs and on the big menu, quite everywhere... if we asked why we were told that they were from the dressing. No excuses, no warning or explanation, just one attitude, not to worry about whether we ate there or not, so we don't. We went out. Hopefully, management will be able to train employees to at least act as they care, and communicate with customers better.

I ordered on the panera app, a steak and white cheddar sandwich. I didn't change the brot. No, where I said on the acknowledgement or on my order, I wanted white mee for my steak and white cheddar. is that a sweat? not even on the right brot, ciabatta is the right brot for the steak and white cheddar. that's it. my fiancée wanted his grilled cheese on Ciabatta bread he didn't come. I also paid for extra cheese for my two French wobbles. there was hardly any cheese. ridiculus

They were extremely slow in the drive through and I bought their new banana lemonade frozen drink which the cup was too small and the drink was served to me with contents spilled all around it and it tasted like NOTHING!!! The price seemed too expensive for what I bought!!! They also lost my rewards number and didn't even try to give me another card to start over...I will not go back to that location unless I'm desperate!!!
