Staeger Stuebli - Reservar uma mesa

I love a good plate of food after a day's hiking and basically running around like a teenager. Was not at all disappointed here. The manager appreciated my German speaking abilities, which made the experience all the richer. I ate pork bratwurst that nearly filled the huge dinner plate, 1/2 french fries and 1/2 cooked veggies. At home I eat meals from sandwich size plates for portion control. To top it off, a 3 decilitre glass of local Swiss draft beer. Grand total: heaven.

Tardivement dans l'après-midi, alors que bien d'autre restaurant de avaient déjà fermés leurs cuisine nous sommes arrivés "forcé" à cette adresse.Nous ne regrettons surtout pas notre chance.Accueil très chaleureux, cuisine succulente et faite maison. Un fournisseur de viandes à féliciter aussi, assiettes généreuses.Bref nous recommandons sans aucune réserve.

In general all the places in the Alps are very beautiful, but this one especially is really cozy. A wooden chalet, with rustic Swiss interior, attended by beautiful people, always with good attitude and although the price is high (like everything in Switzerland) the fondue was exquisite.

We hebben hier heerlijk gegeten met de familie, de keuken is open en de heerlijke lucht van fondue maakt je hongerig. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en de bediening is goed. Goedkoop is het niet, maar dat is niets in Zwitserland.

Shared an amazing fondue here with family, loved the restaurant vibe and service was great. Good traditional food :)
