Stanley Restaurant

Update from January 2023: After a change in ownership last year, we decided to give this long-standing Vietnamese restaurant in North Dakota another try. One of the owners was present and very friendly, while his partner Leslie, who runs a restaurant in Vancouver, was in the kitchen. Our server was pleasant, although there was some confusion with our order, likely due to our unfamiliarity with the menu. Most dishes were enjoyable, although the deep-fried rice paper spring roll had a greasy taste. Be sure to ask for the chili oil, which adds a nice kick to the soup and noodles. Previous bad experiences were likely due to day-shift employees, and I hope the new management has improved things....

Noodles in the pho always feel a little overcooked, but the soup broth is sooo good and the portions are HUGE!! The salad rolls are a must, you get a lot of bang for your buck with

The Pho was delicious and hot, portions where big and filling. The server was friendly and quick.
