Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

This used to be a good Starbucks but the past few times it has been just a disappointment. Employees dont pay attention to customers. IThe wait is always long. Recently I waited 30 minutes for a cold brew only for them to say they were out the whole time. This time I wanted a refresher with a small side of coconut milk which I always get since they are allowed to give 4 ounces for free per thier policy. The person taking my order changed me 3.15 for it I asked why when I always got it for free and it is less than 4 ounces. I ask for it to be taken off and mentioned you can get that small amount for free it is extra creamier for a coffee. I asked again for it to be taken off and mention the 4...

We got there and the girl taking orders was new. Not a big deal, but we said I bet she gets our order wrong and we were correct. She got it wrong. We waited 20 minutes to get a drink. They always wait on the drive thru first. We were 10 minutes into our 20 minute wait. We see this blue car way back in line and we made a joke about it saying I bet that car gets their stuff first. We were right again. Blue car gets their drinks and there we are still waiting. I finally had to say something. They hurried up and made it and by then we were in a rush because we waited so long. We went driving down the road and realized they didn't make my drink right. Over $7 for a drink that was wrong and waited...
