Starbucks - Reservar mesa

It might just be me, but it seems that the service really depends on the barista at the register. At the Starbucks locations I usually go to, when you order brewed coffee, the person at the register gets it for you. However, at this particular place, there's a lady who often tells me to go to the end of the bar to find it myself. Sometimes she seems preoccupied with other customers or even disappears to the back for a while. After waiting five to ten minutes, she eventually comes back, gets the brewed coffee, and places it at the end of the bar. This is why I prefer visiting the Starbucks on Hempstead Turnpike or going to Target instead. And as for Starbucks stock, if you have it, I suggest...

Re: Delivery order: (A) A few weeks ago, I ordered two coffees, one with milk and one with almond milk. Got two coffees, but NEITHER CUP WAS LABELLED (except with my name and 1cup out of two, etc). (B) Last week I ordered coffees and a blueberry scone and banana nut bread. NO SCONE WAS DELIVERED. (C) This week, I ordered 2 coffees, one with milk and one with almond milk. GOT TWO WITH MILK. Last two times, I tried calling the store non stop, but no one ever answers! Ever! What’s up with that? I am frustrated!

This Starbucks is extremely busy and sadly understaffed and overworked employees. They 100% do their best!! Most of the employees I interact with are very nice Esp today 1/14/23 @8:15am. I’ve witnessed people yelling at them because their mobile order (which is probably one of 300 ordered was not ready. I have no idea how the mobile orders work but cut these people a break. If you are in that much of a rush and running late getting a Starbucks coffee should Not be your priority!

If I could give 0 stars I would, this location just has the worse baristas. Not very welcoming and the drinks are not that good. I’ve given this location enough tries and I will never come back. Very unprofessional and lack proper customer service skills. If you don’t want to work there find another job. Simple! I don’t care who from this location responds to my review but this is the truth! Train your employees or take careful consideration during the hiring process! Reserve uma mesa agora

I went in to get my birthday drink and for some reason I was having a hard time on my app. Both Sal and santina, provided me with excellent service. The level of help given was outstanding. I appreciated the wonderful customer service provided by these two individuals. The wait time was swift and my order was fresh and enjoyable to the last drop! Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

I bought a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and it was completely disgusting. They didn't put any ribbon crunch and the drink tasted sour. When I asked them to remake it she gave me a big attitude and sighed and then it took her 20 minutes to make it.

The cashier was incredibly friendly. Since I don't visit Starbucks often, I went in to buy two drinks for my child's teachers. She was fantastic, and I just wish I could remember her name.

This Starbucks is quite good overall. However, even on quieter days, the wait to receive your order can be quite lengthy. Still, I would recommend it. Reserve uma mesa agora

Great place, always have my pike place decaf hot coffee. Can't say the same for other starbucks.
