Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

Standing in Starbucks right now typing this review using Starbucks wireless. Never been prompted to write a review but the Starbucks woman behind the counter was rude and walked away instead of taking my order at the register. She seems too preoccupied with something other than her job. I overheard the Starbucks woman say something regarding ?I don?t have time for this.? Hopefully she was not referring to me? Perhaps she should have stayed home instead of coming to work? Almond drink was great (spectacular, actually) but not worth returning because of the attitude.

The worst Starbucks in Harford county. The customer service is horrible and depreciate the brand Starbucks. I ordered a coffee which isn?t on the menu (I customized a coffee with my cream no sugars) was told they can make me something SIMILAR but not what I asked for because it isn?t a menu item. I advised that any other Starbucks customize my coffee the manager was RUDE and deeply needs training in customer service. If you like your drinks a particular way STAY AWAY. They are to lazy to do their job and will not go the extra mile for customers.

For most part service is good, but if you order no foam, theres a good chance your order wont be right! Continuously have to request to drink made over

I am so tired of spending $7 on a coffee drink and having it routinely made wrong. It is always weak and typically missing ingredients.

They did not have piles place brewed when I pulled up. I placed my order and waited 10 mins.
