Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

the quality of the beverages is in the same with other Starbucks branches (i.e., okay to above average). baristas were friendly, but at several locations they did not call my name when my order was ready and simply went to the mobile orders section, although I ordered in the load and sat there. as far as the ambiente is concerned, the music is extremely loud and it's hard to talk to someone. it is also very cold there (at least in winter) and you can see that everyone sitting there in their moms and guards! in general, not the most friendly place when they plan to study or talk to a friend.

I loved this one. that was my first time and they were so nice and welcome. the dame in the window even asked me how my day went. After a long working day I stopped taking a coffee, and I didn't know how much I needed this little act of ease.

I love Starbucks but this new location is really well below standard. Two messed up orders in a row even after a really long wait.

Serve burnt coffee for my boyfriend and mine wasn't even that hot it was luke warm. Gross! I had to go home and warm it up
