Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

Every single time I go to this Starbucks the employees are extremely rude! I once asked for an iced coffee and the employee replied with we don 't have iced coffee . This past Tuesday I went and ordered a frappucino and a hot chocolate well the frappucino was not made right and I asked them to either remake it or replace it with something else to which the employee replied that 's impossible for me to do how hard is it to replace a drink?? It is literally every time that I go to that Starbucks every single person is extremely rude

I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato, The barista was rude, was only interested in talking to her fellow Barista. She over filled my cup, never mixed it, the cream was on top. I asked for a straw to mix it and she told me she didn't have one. I tried to swirl the cup to mix it and it spilled all over the table. I told the barista and she just turned and walked away from me . So I ended up with a lousy iced coffee all over my hands. I won't be going back.

They messed up the drink completely. Asked for almond milk since I'm lactose intolerant and it definitely wasn't. The coffee didn't taste right at all. Won't be back. Food City Starbucks better! ???????

Waited 10 minutes watching them clean and talk. No one waited on me so I walked off. That's when they yelled after me to see what I wanted to order. I won't buy from them again.

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and didn't see a single Starbucks employee. 2 other people joined the line but eventually we all gave up and left
